Went to Tim Ho Wan to try out the famous Michelin Star restaurant. It is good! I'm not sure why some people said it wasn't good. The quality is so much better than most dim sum sell in Singapore.
We queued for 2-4 hours, including waiting for a table of 4. The queue stretched to the side of the restaurant, luckily it rained earlier on, if not, I think most people will complain how humid it was while waiting. We were able to take a piece of their menu and decide what we want.

Vermicelli roll with BBQ pork |
The chee cheong fan aka Vermicelli Roll is really delicious! I never like chee cheong fan because it doesn't taste good enough. We also ordered the vermicelli roll with pig's liver (one of the Big 4 Heavenly Kings) but it was gone because I went to toilet. :( It costs $5.50 for a plate, 3 rolls.

The garlic, mushroom, spinanch dumpling was good. The filing was alot and the skin was thin enough. It costs $3.80 for a basket.

The pork dumpling with shrimp was also not bad. I never like the shao mai that are sold in Singapore. It just tastes, "not right". Haha. It costs $5 for a basket of 4 pcs.
Pork Rib with Black Bean Sauce was good! The meat was tender and the sauce was not salty. Costs: $4.20 a basket.
Beancurd Skin Roll with Pork and Shrimp. Costs $4 for 3 rolls. This is yummy~ It smells really fragrant as well.
Rice with Chicken Feet and Pork Rib. Costs $6 a bowl. It was alright, probably because I was already too full from eating all the other dishes.
Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce. The portion is more than the other dim sum stalls in Singapore. But then, it tastes similar. Costs $4 a basket.
Fried Carrot Cake, one of the Big 4 Heavenly King. Tastes better than some of the dim sum stalls in Singapore. Costs $4.50 a plate for 3 pcs.
Baked Bun with BBQ Pork, one of the Big 4 Heavenly Kings items. This item is like, the highlight! I see alot of customers order many and takeaway for this item. It really is delicious, crispy and sweet on the outside and warm but not greasy on the inside. Costs $4.50 for 3 pcs.
